In this episode we’re speaking with Luke Hohmann.  Luke is an executive and a software engineer that has dedicated the majority of his career to participatory budgeting. As founder of the First Root organization, Luke and his team created software for schools to let it’s students decide what to spend resources on by engaging them in budgets, purchasing, and management.
